Cancellation Policy
This policy sets out when and how you can cancel an order with Peak Sauna & Ice. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy, which take precedence if there is any inconsistency.
1. Signature range — 14 day cancellation window
You may cancel an order for a Signature range product within 14 days of accepting the quote, provided installation has not commenced. If Peak has undertaken preparatory work during this period (for example, supplier coordination, design review or administrative processing), Peak may charge a reasonable administrative fee to cover costs incurred. Peak may, at its discretion, waive this fee.
2. Custom Products
Custom Products are designed and built to your specifications. Once you have approved the design, or supplier production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Cancellation fee after the 14 day window
After the 14 day period, or where supplier commitments have been confirmed within that period, Peak may charge a cancellation fee reflecting the actual costs incurred up to the date of cancellation. This includes supplier deposits, freight bookings or materials ordered. The fee will not exceed 20 per cent of the quoted amount unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Ice baths and chillers — post-delivery change of mind
If you have changed your mind about an ice bath or chiller after delivery, you have a 14 day post-delivery change-of-mind window. To qualify, the unit must be:

in its original packaging

unused and in resaleable condition

returned to us at your cost (you arrange and pay for return freight).
A fee may apply depending on the condition of the goods returned. We will let you know before processing the refund.
5. How to cancel
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@peaksaunaice.au and are effective upon written confirmation of receipt from Peak.
