Press “+” so SAFE appears on the S-00 menu

This ensures it’s safe to start the heater remotely — e.g., the door is closed and no one is inside.

Press menu so rEST On appears

Press “-” to turn rEST off

Enables the sauna to turn on remotely via the app without waiting.

Press MENU so the S-01 menu appears

Press “-” to select how many hours the sauna heater stays on before automatically turning off.

Press MENU so the S-02 menu appears

Press MENU so the S-03 menu appears

Press “+” to turn this menu on

Press MENU so the S-05 menu with “CELS” appears

This means the sauna’s temperature will be measured in degrees celsius

Press MENU so the S-07 menu appears

Press MENU so the S-CO menu appears

Press “+” so it shows it is “Conn”

Puts the controller into pairing mode.
