Payment Terms 

Delivery and Completion

The estimated delivery/completion date for the services/products is 10-14 weeks. While we will make every effort to meet this deadline, it is an estimate and may change based on project requirements and unforeseen delays.

 

Revisions and Variations

Any changes to the scope of work or additional services requested after acceptance of this quote may incur additional charges. All variations must be agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

 

Product Warranty

Sauna Room   3-year structural warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Ice Bath   3-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Inflatable Ice Bath   1-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Ice Bath Chillers   2-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Accessories   1-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If any product fails due to a defect within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

Service Warranty

Our services are guaranteed to be performed with due care and skill. If any issues arise due to our workmanship within the Service

Warranty Period from the date of service completion, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

Conditions of Warranty

The warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or damaged by the customer or a third party.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or any issues caused by improper use or installation not in accordance with the product instructions.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please get in touch with us at andrew@peaksauce.au with details of the issue, proof of purchase, and the product serial number (if applicable).

The customer is responsible for returning the product to us for inspection. If the warranty claim is valid, we will cover the costs of repair.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 14 days of acceptance. After this time a cancellation fee of 20% of the quoted amount may apply to cover any costs incurred.

 

Taxes and Additional Fees

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added as a line item before the quote or invoice total as required under Australian tax law.

 

Confidentiality

All details in this quote are confidential and intended solely for the recipient. Disclosure to third parties without written consent from Peak Sauna and Ice is prohibited.

 

Dispute Resolution

 Any disputes arising from this quote will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Victoria. We are committed to resolving any disputes quickly and fairly and will first seek to resolve the issue through good-faith discussions.
