Check your sauna from the house with the Harvia WiFi sauna sensor – a wall-mounted sensor in black that sends temperature and humidity to the MyHarvia app. It learns how long your room takes to heat and tells you when it is ready. It monitors rather than controls, so it works on a wood fired room as well as an electric one. The batteries last about three years and are replaceable.

Before You Buy

The sensor needs a WiFi connection where it is mounted, which is inside the sauna. A room down the back of a garden often sits outside the house signal, so check it reaches before you order.

Can it turn the sauna on?

No. It monitors and reports, it does not control the heater.

Does it work on a wood fired sauna?

Yes, because it monitors rather than controls.

Is this the same as the WiFi controller upgrade?

No. The controller upgrade runs the heater. This reads the room.
